Things players ask
- Do crystals turn into cash?
- No. Crystals, rare stones and patron gifts exist only inside the arenas. There is no shop, no wager and no payout.
- The save disappeared.
- Progress sits on the device itself. A reinstall, a cleared storage, or a different phone starts the climb from the first cloud court again. We cannot restore a ledger that never left the handset.
- The court will not open.
- Check that the phone has a working connection, then try the arena again. If the loading screen stays up, force-close Aether Gems and reopen it. If that still fails, write to us with the model name.
- Sound or vibration will not quiet down.
- Both switches live in the in-game settings plate. The system volume still governs how loud the phone can be.
